Intellectual Property

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be 16 years of age or older. Each individual is eligible to win only one prize per giveaway. Giveaways are open worldwide unless specific geographic restrictions are identified in the giveaway announcement. Vatic reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

Digital Prizes

Digital prizes will be delivered to the account specified by the winner. Vatic is not responsible for incorrect account information provided by the winner or restrictions imposed by the game's publisher or platform.

Physical Prizes

Due to shipping and logistical limitations, physical prizes are available only to eligible winners residing in North America, South America, and Europe. If shipping is not reasonably possible, Vatic may provide a digital prize of equal or similar value at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected using the method described in the giveaway announcement. Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, Vatic reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value unless otherwise stated, and may not be exchanged for another item. Vatic reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Taxes & Import Fees

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges required by their local laws.

Fraud & Abuse

Vatic reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise violates the spirit or rules of the giveaway.

Changes or Cancellation

Vatic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if circumstances outside of its reasonable control make doing so necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Vatic is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or technically interrupted entries, communications, or prize deliveries resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Platform Disclaimer

Giveaways may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Discord, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or others. By entering, participants agree to comply with the applicable platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and promotion policies, in addition to these Giveaway Rules.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Vatic may announce their display name, username, or social media handle in connection with the giveaway unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway will only be used to contact winners and fulfill prizes unless otherwise stated.
