About Vatic:

Vatic is a mobile-focused esports organization built around performance, creators, and community. We compete in top mobile titles, work with creators across multiple regions, and build fan experiences tied to our motto, Be The Vision. Our teams, staff, and partners all play a role in moving mobile esports forward.

Your Impact:

As Community Lead, you’ll serve as the bridge between Vatic and our global audience of fans, players, and creators. Your focus will include being a strategist, vibe curator, and community builder. From daily conversations to event support, your mission is to grow and energize a vibrant, inclusive esports community across Discord and social platforms.

  • Lead community engagement across Discord and social platforms and foster a positive, inclusive environment

  • Interact with fans, respond to messages, guide discussions, and support a healthy community vibe

  • Develop and publish content including posts, updates, newsletters, and announcements

  • Highlight teams and creators through spotlights, features, and interactive content

  • Organize and support community events, watch parties, giveaways, and online activities

  • Gather community feedback and share insights with internal teams

  • Monitor community trends, conversations, and emerging topics and adjust strategies based on what resonates

  • Build relationships with players, creators, partners, and active community members

  • Act as a core brand representative on social platforms and maintain consistent, clear messaging

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and organizational goals

Your Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years working in community management for a team, brand, game, or creator

  • Experience managing active Discord servers and social communities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set tone, guide conversations, and de-escalate issues

  • Proven ability to plan and run community events, watch parties, giveaways, or online activities

  • Experience creating posts, updates, or newsletters that keep a community informed and engaged

  • Comfortable gathering feedback and translating insights into clear notes for internal teams

  • Familiarity with moderation tools, community guidelines, and handling reports or toxic behaviour

  • Understanding of mobile gaming, creator culture, and esports communities

  • Ability to interpret engagement metrics and adjust plans based on data

  • Strong communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and external partners

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

Travel & Availability:

  • Ability to travel for events, media days, and team activities as required

  • Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations

  • Valid passport for domestic and international travel

  • Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
