Your Impact:
As Video Editor, you turn raw footage into polished, high-impact video that captures competitive moments, creator energy, and brand storytelling. You focus on post-production quality, pacing, and clarity to ensure Vaticβs content feels sharp, timely, and platform-ready. Working closely with the Content Lead and Content Producers, you help transform ideas and moments into finished videos that perform across social and campaign channels.
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social, campaigns, and events
Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage into clear, engaging narratives
Refine pacing, rhythm, and flow to maximize viewer retention
Add basic motion, captions, sound design, and effects where appropriate
Ensure videos meet platform specs and export requirements
Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with Vaticβs brand standards
Turn around edits quickly for live events, matches, and announcements
Organize project files and assets for efficient collaboration
Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and on time
Your Experience:
2+ years of video editing experience for social, digital media, or creators
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
Experience editing short-form vertical content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Strong instincts for pacing, timing, and storytelling
Comfortable working from briefs, shot lists, or raw footage
Familiarity with esports, gaming, or creator-led content preferred
Ability to manage multiple edits and deadlines at once
Portfolio or reel showcasing edited video work
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for events, media days, and team activities as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
