Your Impact:
As Content Producer, you turn Vaticβs ideas, moments, and stories into consistent weekly content. You work closely with the Socials Lead to shape the content plan, tracking industry hype and trends, and produce videos and visuals that match how our audience consumes content. Your role brings structure, creativity, and steady output to Vaticβs social presence.
Work across a wide range of content and use platform trends to guide style, pacing, and execution
Collaborate on content calendar brainstorms that shape plans for Vatic campaigns, creator activity, competitive events, partner activations, and game trends
Collaborate with the creative team on design needs, graphic assets, and visual concepts
Build concepts, scripts, shot lists, memes, graphics, short-form clips, match recaps, and basic motion assets that support brand goals, partnerships, and competitive moments
Review post performance and share insights to shape future content decisions
Maintain brand style across all digital outputs and follow compliance standards for regions and game publishers
Improve workflows and processes as we scale our content output
Your Experience:
2β4 years creating and editing digital content for social platforms
Strong skills in short-form editing, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to build memes, graphics, clips, and basic motion pieces with confidence
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
Experience pulling and editing VODs, stream moments, or gameplay footage
Strong communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Understanding of mobile gaming, creator culture, and the evolving esports ecosystem
Awareness of platform trends across TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Portfolio, reel, or examples of past work showing your range
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for events, media days, and team activities as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
