Your Impact:
As Competitive Lead, you'll help build championship-caliber teams by strengthening our competitive systems, driving consistent standards, and ensuring every roster is prepared to compete at the highest level. Working closely with the Esports Director, you'll lead the day-to-day execution of Vatic's competitive program while supporting Team Managers, Coaches, and Analysts across every esports title.

Lead the day-to-day execution of Vatic's competitive program across all esports titles
Recruit, mentor, and support Team Managers, Coaches, and Analysts
Establish and continuously improve competitive standards, frameworks, and best practices across every roster
Ensure teams have the structure, preparation, and support needed to compete at the highest level
Support roster planning, player evaluations, and long-term team development alongside the Esports Director
Guide and support coaches in practice planning, player development, VOD review processes, and competitive preparation
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Team Managers, Coaches, and Analysts
Research emerging competitive trends, coaching methodologies, and best practices to continually strengthen Vatic's competitive program
Support bootcamps, tournaments, roster transitions, and major competitive initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience leading competitive programs in esports or comparable high-performance environments
Strong understanding of competitive team operations, coaching, and player development
Experience leading and developing Team Managers, Coaches, Analysts, or comparable competitive staff
Demonstrated ability to build and improve competitive systems, standards, and processes
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across multiple teams
Passion for continuous improvement and staying current with competitive trends across esports
Deep understanding of professional esports and competitive gaming
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for bootcamps, tournaments, and team events as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
