About Vatic:

Your Impact:
As Performance Coach, you will help our players and teams perform at their best both inside and outside competition. Working closely with our Esports Director, you'll develop performance habits, strengthen mental resilience, and build systems that support long-term competitive success across Vatic.
Work directly with our teams to improve preparation, focus, confidence, resilience, and competitive consistency
Develop individual and team performance routines before, during, and after competition
Support players through pressure, setbacks, slumps, and high-stakes events
Collaborate with coaches to integrate performance principles into team practices
Deliver workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team discussions as appropriate
Promote sustainable high performance through player wellbeing, recovery, healthy habits, communication, and resilience
Contribute to bootcamps, media days, and major competitive events as required
Help build the foundation, philosophy, and best practices that shape player performance across Vatic
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience coaching high-performance individuals or teams in esports, traditional sports, or comparable competitive environments
Strong understanding of evidence-based performance principles, mental resilience, focus, confidence, and performing under pressure
Demonstrated success helping athletes or competitors improve performance over time
Experience developing practical routines, habits, and systems that support consistent performance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across players, coaches, and leadership
Comfortable delivering both one-on-one coaching and group workshops
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with performance research and best practices
Passion for esports and an understanding of competitive gaming culture
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for bootcamps, tournaments, and team events as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
