About Vatic:

Your Impact:
As Operations Coordinator, you'll ensure our teams have the logistics, resources, and operational support needed to compete at their best. Working closely with the Esports Director, you'll coordinate the day-to-day operations of Vatic's esports program while partnering across departments to keep our teams, events, and initiatives running smoothly.
Coordinate cross-functional planning between Esports, Events, Content, Social Media, Community, and other internal teams
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for bootcamps, tournaments, and team events
Manage team equipment, jerseys, inventory, and other esports assets
Support the planning and execution of bootcamps, media days, content shoots, and competitive events
Maintain operational documentation, templates, checklists, and internal resources
Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Esports Director
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience leading competitive programs in esports or comparable high-performance environments
Strong understanding of competitive team operations, coaching, and player development
Experience leading and developing Team Managers, Coaches, Analysts, or comparable competitive staff
Demonstrated ability to build and improve competitive systems, standards, and processes
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across multiple teams
Passion for continuous improvement and staying current with competitive trends across esports
Deep understanding of professional esports and competitive gaming
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for bootcamps, tournaments, and team events as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
