About Vatic:

Your Impact:
As Performance Lead, you will build define and lead Vatic's approach to high performance across every esports title. Working closely with the Esports Director, you'll establish the philosophy, standards, and long-term vision that help our players and teams perform at their best while leading the development of our Mental and Physical Performance programs.
You'll build the foundation, philosophy, and best practices that shape player performance across Vatic.
Develop and lead Vatic's long-term performance philosophy and player development framework
Lead, mentor, and support the Mental Performance Coach and Physical Performance Coach
Establish performance standards, frameworks, and best practices that can be applied across all esports titles
Partner with the Esports Director to align performance initiatives with organizational and competitive goals
Identify opportunities to improve player development, wellbeing, and long-term competitive performance
Research emerging trends, technologies, and evidence-based practices in sports science, esports, and athlete development
Measure the effectiveness of Vatic's performance programs and continuously refine our approach
Build relationships with external specialists and performance partners as needed
Support players, coaches, and staff during bootcamps, tournaments, and major competitive events
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience coaching athletes or high-performance individuals in sports, esports, or comparable performance environments
Strong understanding of exercise science, mobility, recovery, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and injury prevention
Demonstrated success improving athlete health, readiness, or long-term performance
Ability to design practical programs tailored to individual and team needs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate athletes
Passion for continuous learning and applying evidence-based performance practices
Interest in esports and an understanding of the physical demands of competitive gaming
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for bootcamps, tournaments, and team events as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
