Our teams, staff, and partners all play a role in moving mobile esports forward.
Your Impact:
As Social Media Lead, you own how Vatic shows up on social platforms day to day by managing posting, timing, and amplification so content lands, trends are captured, and key moments feel loud. You work closely with the Content Lead, Community Lead, Esports, and Events teams to turn content, matches, and activations into hype, ensuring everything performs, reaches the right audience, and drives conversation.
Define and own Vaticβs social media strategy across all platforms, driving reach, engagement, and momentum
Optimize captions, hashtags, timing, and formats for each platform
Monitor platform trends, memes, features, and algorithm changes and act quickly
Create hype around matches, events, launches, announcements, and activations
Actively engage with followers through replies, reposts, and timely interactions
Flag high-performing content, emerging trends, and audience feedback
Ensure sponsored and partner posts are published accurately and on schedule
Act as a core brand representative on social platforms and maintain consistent, clear messaging
Your Experience:
3 to 5 years managing social media accounts for a brand, team, agency, or creator
Hands-on experience posting and managing TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
Strong understanding of esports, mobile gaming, and online culture
Deep familiarity with trends, memes, and platform-native behavior
Strong copywriting skills for captions, short-form text, and call-to-actions
Experience supporting campaigns, launches, and live events on social
Comfort working with analytics to understand what drives reach and engagement
Strong communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Portfolio or examples showing platform management, posting, and growth
Travel & Availability:
Ability to travel for events, media days, and team activities as required
Availability for occasional weekend or evening work during events or activations
Valid passport for domestic and international travel
Comfortable working remotely with our team in different time zones
